A seven year old dinner party guest once informed me that these were the ‘best burgers ever’- so I can only assume being bun-less doesn’t affect their deliciousness!
They are also packed with extra veg- and no-one can complain about that!

Ingredients:
- 500g beef mince
- 1 can of lentils (or another can of lentils if you feel like leaving out the meat)
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 red onion diced
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp almond meal or plain flour
- salt & pepper to season
- Salad to serve. We love pineapple, tomato, cos lettuce and tomato chutney!
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees celsius.
- Whisk the eggs lightly.
- Mix together the remaining burger ingredients.
- Shape burger mince into approx 8-10 patties.
- Bake on a lined tray for approx 20 mins, turning once if preferred.
- Serve stacked with salad and optional cheese and sauces!
Also great served with homemade sweet potato fries- delish! xo
