Blueberry muffin in a smoothie

This smoothie starts any day right and is an awesome sweet tasting boost of mega vitamins if you are feeling a little flat.

The man of the house says it tastes like a blueberry muffin- but you decide!

To make, blend the following ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons Maca powder
  • 1 scoop Protein powder- vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder (leave this out if you are sensitive to caffeine)
  • 1 teaspoon Gelatin powder (you can buy a really good one here)
  • 3/4 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
