
This smoothie starts any day right and is an awesome sweet tasting boost of mega vitamins if you are feeling a little flat.
The man of the house says it tastes like a blueberry muffin- but you decide!
To make, blend the following ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Blueberries
- 2 teaspoons Maca powder
- 1 scoop Protein powder- vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder (leave this out if you are sensitive to caffeine)
- 1 teaspoon Gelatin powder (you can buy a really good one here)
- 3/4 cup Coconut Milk
- 1 tablespoon MCT Oil
